Tom Hart jumped on Carol Stephens, Parks & Recreation Manager, for not doing what he wanted but for her doing her job correctly and by the book. Carol had, per Mayor’s instruction, ordered a study on one of the parks. Tom had wanted or told her to order a study but refused to go through the proper channels. But then Tom thinks he’s Mayor anyway and so does the Mayor because he let’s Hart get away with this behavior over and over again! Why is he so hateful to women? I believe he is unstable and scary! I think we need MORE women at City Hall to keep him away!
